How to order from us: Please give us a call or email us at your convenience specifying your parts needs. Once we have your information on file (address, phone number, etc.) and know what year and model of bike you have, we will be able to send you the exact parts you need the first time around.  Heads up … This very well may require a telephone conversation as the older bikes and part numbers are finicky.  The easiest way to get the correct part is to speak with us.  After the first parts order a simple email telling us your needs will be sufficient.

We will also need a shipping address and a credit card number. You can call or email your information. If emailing, I would suggest dividing your credit card into two separate emails for security.

Other information required:
– Phone number.
– Expiration date on card.
– The last 3 numbers on the back of your card for your security.

We also accept PayPal on all sales and require it to be used on out of country sales. An invoice
will be sent to you before you send your payment.

Returns and Refunds: If we have made a mistake in your order, it will be corrected
immediately at our expense. Parts returned at your request are subject to a 20% restocking
charge. Returns will not be accepted after 45 days from invoice date. Parts must be inspected
before refunds are issued. Refunds will be paid by parts credit or check. Shipping charges will
not be refunded.
