People
These are the people we saw daily while we were at the factory. They saw to it that we got the right answers, and that we were fed, had a roof over our heads, and got where we needed to go.

First among them are Anatoly Vaganov and Eduard Miller.
Anatoly was our interpreter, and Eduard is Chief Technologist of Irbit Motor Works. Without these two gentlemen, our trip would have not been very successful.

This is the area outside the executive offices. This bike is a European model, not currently available in the US.
Our usual routine was to tour an area, then return to the conference room or offices to discuss what we had seen. Sometimes we would have several meetings per day. The staff was anxious to hear from American customers and dealers.
The lady in this picture is Marina Erzhenkova, who works in the executive office area. She is the lady who does all the scheduling and keeps everything going in the right direction and made sure we were where we were supposed to be. She arranged our transportation, took care of our apartment and keys, and made sure the kitchen was well stocked - along with all her other daily duties.

There is another Marina - Marina Vokhmyanina. She is the US and Canada Sales Manager. The ladies with her are accounts managers, and their names are Alla Talnikova, Luba Pryadeina, and Natasha Kolmakova. They manage the world wide distribution network.
