Dealer Prep

As of 2007, all Ural dealers will be required to assemble the bikes from the Russian crate. The following pictures show that process. After the uncrating the bike is completely assembled to a set up checklist and test-driven. Here at Crawford Sales we have our own checklist that doubles the inspection of the bike before it is ready for the customer.

The box lid is removed....

Opening the crate - the bike is well wrapped in plastic. The crate has been cut apart but the bike is still attached to the bottom.

Making sure everything is in the crate and without damage.

Front wheel needs to be mounted and then bike will be removed from pallet

The bike is able to stand alone with all wheels in place. Now the critical work of dealer prep begins.
