2008 Cylinder head_240: 2008 Valve Train_240:

Complete new valve train including: 7mm valve stems, sealed valve guides, hardened valve seats, and stiffer valve springs.
Testing at the factory has shown great results with this new valve train - valve performance is much more accurate at high RPM
and the heavier springs allow less valve "floating". With the addition of precision valve guides and seals, we expect less oil
consumption and wear.

2008 Chrome Shock_240:

Shock Absorbers from Sachs (Italy); better dampening and stiffer springs. Available in both chrome (shown here) and black.

2008 Swingarm_240:

Pivot Bearings installed in place of bushings on front and rear swing arms for more precise handling

2008 Bench Seat_240:

Improved bench seat; seat has softer foam that is more comfortable.

2008 Brake Line_240:

Steel braided brake hoses on all models, improving braking power and feel at the lever.

2008 Tonneau Cover_240: 2008 Sidecar_240:

Sidecar and tonneau cover; Improved tonneau cover on all models. Note black wheel on GearUp.
